A permanent wet market for Pandan Indah

During my walkabout at the temporary wet market near the Pandan Indah LRT's car park last Saturday, I was informed by a trader that there is no permanent wet market in Pandan Indah.

True, the nearest wet market is in Pandan Jaya, across the MRR2. There is another in Taman Nirwana's Kompleks Muhibbah, another one in Taman Muda and another one in Ampang Tasik.

Maybe it is high time that we have a proper permanent market in Pandan Indah. People living in the flats near Surau Taqwa, around the MPAJ Tower and behind the Dewan MPAJ now do their marketing as far away as Pudu.

Although the goods maybe cheaper in Pudu but to those with no transport e.g. housewives, there must be a market for them in the heart of Pandan Indah.

Whether I win or loose this election, a market for Pandan Indah would be on top of my agenda.
